About the Role
Genexis Biotech is seeking a Fermentation Executive to support the development and optimization of microbial fermentation processes for the production of recombinant proteins and biomolecules. The role will involve hands-on work with fermentation systems and collaboration with downstream processing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor microbial fermentation systems and bioreactors.
• Prepare culture media, inoculate strains, and monitor fermentation parameters.
• Optimize fermentation conditions for protein expression and productivity.
• Perform sampling and analysis during fermentation runs.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and process documentation.
• Collaborate with downstream processing teams to improve overall yield and efficiency.
• Assist in scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot scale.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fermentation, microbial cultivation, or bioprocess development.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors, microbial culture techniques, and fermentation analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
