About the Role
Genexis Biotech is looking for a Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development to expand our presence in the biotech and life sciences market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our recombinant proteins, growth factors, and biotechnology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research institutions.
  • Promote Genexis Biotech’s product portfolio including recombinant proteins, growth factors, and cell culture solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with research laboratories, biotech companies, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and technical discussions.
  • Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Genexis Biotech at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products and solutions to scientific customers.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
