Marketing Executive:

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our brand-building and communication efforts. As a Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of digital campaigns, content creation, brand positioning, and lead generation strategies, collaborating closely with science, design, and sales teams to ensure a compelling market presence for Genexis.
This is a pivotal role that bridges scientific innovation with strategic marketing, perfect for someone passionate about storytelling in the world of biotech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and targeted outreach channels
- Create and manage high-quality content: blog posts, case studies, infographics, video scripts, brochures, and presentations
- Drive website content optimisation and ensure SEO alignment to improve visibility and engagement
- Plan and manage brand partnerships, webinars, events, and media outreach campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and content strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and leadership teams to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communication
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) to track key metrics
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or tech startups
- Strong communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficient in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and platforms like LinkedIn, WordPress, and Google Analytics
- Comfortable with content planning, performance tracking, and creative execution
- Bonus: Experience in scientific writing, B2B lead generation, CRM tools, or video editing
